Why are the dramatic musicals film or stage considered the only good ones.
I am not defending Mamma Mia stage show, cause I didn't like it, nor did I like Wicked.
I just don't think its fair. "Next years Hairspray" what does that mean. Fluff? Well Hairspray is a fun, campy comedy, that doesn't mean its any less honorable than a dramatic piece.
I know what I am trying to say, but its not coming out right.
