I just listened to DJ's A Cappella version of GAVIN'S SONG. Great job, DJ! Your voice is wonderful!
Aw, thank you!
I'm sitting alone in my 8,000 square foot office belting out "I Who Have Nothing".
God love cavernous acoustics.
You'll never guess where I am!
In NYC? :)
Jaily! SM2!
And what am I? Dog meat???? hehe
Deeter!
Does the board seem rather...slow to anyone?
No just the people!
*Deet lumbers in*
Heeeyyy eevvveeerrryybbbbooodddyyy.
*slowly lumbers out again*
I think Young Frankenstein's monster has already been cast, dear, so why the auditioning?
Standby.
hehe cute
Gotcha.
I rehearsed my audition song today on the main board in the Mel Brooks/Hilton Theatre thread: my own rendition of PUTTIN' DOWN THE TWITS. I didn't quite sell it though. I need to work a little harder.
I have so much catching up to do on the main board. All I know is I squeled with excitement that Bart was confirmed for Dr. role! I love him!
A few of us sang that today. Perhaps they got tired of hearing it?
Nope. Debate still raging. TWITS 10, BRAINS 3.
I'm sooooo tired.
Rath, get some sleep.
Off to dinner now. Back later.
I heard today that the woman that interviewed me at the beginning of the week, gave my resume to the HR woman for the county and city and she put in a good word for me, and the HR woman said that there are a few jobs available that I would be good for. I am supposed to hear back from her next week or so. I wish they would hurry up, because there are bills to pay and Cast Recordings to buy.
DJ, get your priorities straight. There are cast recordings to buy, and then bills to pay.
Seriously, though, this is great news, and I've got everything crossed for you.
Good luck DJ!
Oy! I am so exhausted I didn't even go out after dinner for drinks. I had the boys drop me off home.
