That's so awesome! I can't wait to audition. I hope all those SA fans got it out of their systems and now we get our chance hahaha
I remember when they had the first audition after the opened in Miami, there were about a million people auditioning. I couldn't go cause I was in NY auditioning and I seeing SA! haha...but yeah, 3 friends of mine got far into the audition process!

Actr, thats amazing! congrats!
I think I'll do the NYC ones in April, just for fun. Its a good excuse to go to NY for a day!
Thanks Kasie and nitsua!
I almost auditioned last year, but the Boston call was on a matinee day for the show I was in, so didn't go because I decided that I probably wouldn't have enough time to get back before curtain. Another kid from the cast went, was back in time for curtain, and is now understudying Melchior on Broadway. Oh well! haha. I know so many people though too that have been to callback after callback for this thing. One girl I know has been called back 10 times! Yeesh!
My friend went to the last one in New York and said there were like 1,500 people! Today was so nice; they didn't even type people out!

Damn...10 times...
My friends who went to the Miami one, got material in the mail, were asked to send in videos. Then called in New York and got 3 call backs. But that's it.
I guess that's how it is, it's always a callback.
I really wish I auditioned for the tour. I should audition at some point. I hope they don't type me out if they type cast in NY.

Crap. I think I have a show on the 13th, which is when they're doing them in NY.
Oh well! There's always next time!

Let's just discuss how I'll be in the city the weekend of the 16th cause it's my mom's birthday and she's celebrating in NY! This is all too perfect...sigh...sometimes things just work out beautifully.
This round is for the tour and Broadway replacements.
I knew there was no way I would have gotten typed out. I'm still just not sure why the heck I'm reading and singing for Moritz. Oy. I feel like they just didn't give out packets for the smaller roles and maybe they'll have me read for some other stuff at some point.

I don't think I'd get typed out...what do you guys think?
Yea, but DGG...the 16th is 3 days after...I'll be in the city that week to spend it with my family?! Get it? Like...the week...hahaha. And even if it doesn't work out that way. My friend with a car is driving 2 hours into the city, so I'll go with her that weekend!
UhOH...I'm flies for Macbeth...I don't think it'll conflict...

Oh, I thought you meant you would just be there that day. I was like...um?
Well, break a leg!
I'm bummed that I can't go, but if they're typing, I'd be out. I'm too tall.
If you look like your headshot, then you probably won't get typed out. At least I don't think so.
I just uploaded more pictures of Shia! WOO!

I think I'd be in...I look young...I'm German hahaha
You should see the things some of my friends do to go to auditions in the city! It's beautiful! I love it!!! Which reminds me...I should subscribe to Backstage already.

I speak German! I'm in! HOORAY!
I adore getting up really early and driving to New Haven to take the train into the city. I'm not being sarcastic, wither. I LOVE everything about it!

Yep, I look like my headshot! hahaha...except for the face that my hair is longer...but that's going to change in a couple days!

Ooh yay! It'll be as short as in the head shot?

Yes ma'am!
Which headshot should I use?
Or the other one??
(The picture is scanned...so the colors are lighter)
Is attacking people in the Adam Pascal thread really necessary? I just got finished arguing about the most pointless thing that one would never even think could even be an argument in the first place.
AHHHHH.
Ooooh. Love the picture Robbie!

You look a lot older in the second one.

The first one. You look amazing in that one.
When I told my friends that I was meeting someone at Hartt, they wanted to know what you looked like. I'd show them that head shot, and they were all very impressed.

Yes, I agree with the first one.
