Yeah I saw one of the first preview. I actually went to school with the lead Ryan Ward, who was the also in the New York cast.

This has been a wonderful day!
My lit teacher threw a party for all of us who took the AP exam, so we had sandwiches, pasta and potato salads, chips and dip, and dessert. Life is so, so good.
Anybody else around?

I wondered about that, too.
New Line Cinema distributed both Evil Dead and Hairspray, so, they're in the clear for that one.
I can't explain the others, unless it's as simple as them asking permission.
I know there's a loophole type thing when it comes to parodies. Hence why SNL can make fun of everything and not be sued for it. These are parody posters, which I think are protected.
