Today is going to be epic.
See ya later.
So Robbie, did the T.V. installers fine tune your reception?
Today is going to be... tolerable, I hope. Yay for rejoining the work force! ... ha. ha. ha.
Just take pride in the work you do! be the best damn order taker CPK has ever known!

Today sucked. Suckasuckasuckasuckasuck.
I'm sorry, sweetie (am I still allowed to call you that?) What happened?
i *might* actually have a date this weekend. we'll see.
the wombat brings vanilla coke to dgg whats wrong love?
Today was tolerable. A mentally handicapped woman told me that Jesus loves me and that I reminded her of her daughter, who fell off her bed as a baby and cracked her skull and so stayed innocent (but NOT retarded) for the rest of her life, and who died three years ago.
The question is... do I take that as a compliment?

You can call me whatever you want, but I'm warning you, I might burst out crying again if you're too nice.
I took a chance. And apparently it was the wrong one. I'm embarrassed and disappointed. I'll get over it, but I feel like ****ing **** right now.
Well, suck it up and move on, girl!
There, how's that for not being too nice?
*hugs dgg*

DGG - taking a chance, if it reflects on your true feelings, is never wrong. It takes courage and belief in yourself - and that's a good thing.
Obviously, it's not wonderful if it doesn't work out the way you would like, as this apparently didn't (and that's a sad thing - I'm very sorry )
BUT, you still made the choice to LIVE your life, instead of standing on the sidelines and wondering 'what if'. You can recover from hurt, but not without personal fortitude - and you've proven that you have that, in spades.
Again, though, I'm sorry it didn't work out. Princesses always get what they want in MY fairy tales. Have a cookie - or two (you've run a lot, so you can afford it!)
Seriously, though, DGG: ^^^ what he said ^^^
*bear hugs to my favorite teen angel*
DGG, this is point in your young life where you start drinking.
It quells the lonliness.
jk
In all seriousness though, I'm sorry.

Thanks, Deet and DG.
DG, my mentality was this: I'm graduating in 13 days. If he says no, I'll never see him again. If yes? Cool.
As you said, I do feel better for having done it. I now know "what if." But seriously? He told people he liked me. I didn't throw myself out there without reason. I thought I had a chance. Guess not. Apparently, I'm no Molly Ringwald, and this is no John Waters film.
Why on earth would you compare yourself to Molly Ringworm?

DGG - remember what I said about boys. Look around here, for example
Your reasoning just gave me a BIG chuckle, though. THAT'S the type of thing that will get you the attention of boys who are worth the trouble.

Thanks, Tazzy.
Funnily, though, it hasn't, DG! It never does. Never.
People always say that its the people with the great personalities who get what they want. My personality is freakin' huge! What gives?
dgg, trust me on this one... it gets WAY better when you're out of high school.

DGG - I hate to say it, but it's just your age - not just yours, but the ones around you. It's over-whelming to those who are just coming to terms with their own existence to be confronted with someone as full of life as you are.
I know it's not much fun now - and I KNOW, I KNOW, I KNOW it SUCKS to hear this kind of thing from old folks - but it WILL start to come together for you with the passage of just a little bit of time. It just needs to catch up to YOU, that's all.
But, you still have the absolute right to whine about it right now - because it really isn't fair. At all.
But, don't drown in it - life's too short for that.
