So the nominations for the Dora Awards came out today (The Toronto equivalent of the Tonys) and I am officially the designer of a Dora-nominated show for Outstanding Production! AND all the actors, who have since become great friends, are all nominated as an ensemble in the Outstanding Performance category!...and a few projects I was assistant on have been nominated too, including "A Man of No Importance"! YAY!

Hah thanks guys...The odd thing is how it parallels my last year.

The show opened June 5th last year, the (rave) reviews came out on my Birthday *cough*JUNE6TH*cough* and then I graduated June 7th.

hah...I guess my birthday week is a lucky one! Now I have to figure out if I want to get tickets for the ceremony at the end of this month. I don't think I can afford it, but so many friends and peers of mine have been nommed that I feel like I wanna support them and cheer them on.

Hah...in due time D2, in due time.

This is the sort of production where all the elements were so well integrated that you almost didn't notice the set...since the audience were essentially part of it. Which is fine by me since Outstainding Production means we have all done our job well and come together as a cohesive whole.

Wombats bite. When I was in Australia you could feed and pet and play with the kangaroos and the (far superior) wallabies, but you had to stay far away from the wombats. They were also humping like it was going out of style. Fun times.

My power went out yesterday afternoon and stayed out until after I left for work this morning. I've never felt as naked as I did without email, facebook, and BWW... not even when I'm actually naked. Which is most of the time.

Hey guys!

I have a funny story. I hung out with this guy the other night. We were at his condo, listening to Will & Grace. Just trying to get to know each other. He's good looking, but I need to meet people who have a potential friendship.

Anyway, so he drove me home, and as I'm about to get out of the car, he tells me that he we can't be friends because I'm too attractive.

Then the next night he texts my roommates phone. We start goihg back and forth, and he says that I should forget about last night. I'm like, "Okay". We talk about hanging out this weekend, and he says something like, "Is it okay if we f---?"

I told him I was looking for friends without benefits or nothing at all. He replied with, "I'll take optio #2. Have a wonderful life."

Why can't two gay men just be friends?

He looked like TR Knight's younger brother. And had massive legs. He could've ripped my head off with those things.

One of the biggest turn offs for me is bird legs.

I like my legs too, though my calves are killing me right now and I have no idea why.
