DGG, I just spent the evening with my friend who played Cinderella's stepmother. She, the BritGuy and I all went to a cabaret performance which was probably one of the most exciting performances I've ever been to, right up there with FOLLIES at both the New York Philharmonic and at City Center Encores. The performer is Teri Ralston, and she was in the original productions of COMPANY and A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC. It was a master class of musical theater performance and history, and if a bomb had gone off in there tonight, half of our living history would have disappeared. The names in the audience were jaw dropping. It was so much fun.

Honestly it all makes me a bit nervous sometimes. I mean, I am no bigshot theatre industry person yet, but my career is slowly growing and I have certainly criticized shows, composers, performers and directors on this board. Who know which comments will come and bite me in the ass in a few years.
