Posted: 1/10/08 at 9:54pmYeah, but it was more supporting, I guess. George had the drama. She was just beautiful. And now I am sure I have to deal with Callie forgiving George. Eh. This was good.

Don't you remember that scene in the conference room?
And just there, just now - she broke my heart.

Yeah, that was good. Sigh. It's over. So over. Did you see the cute look Sara gave me at the end? She loves me.

Sing with Mary J... No More Drama! What kind of drama, boo?
I am alright. Getting over the sniffles. Trying to decide if it's really worth a 2 hour drive to go to my friend's for a tiny dinner party Saturday night. My life is pretty damn boring.

Posted: 1/10/08 at 11:01pmCharlie Wilson's War? Surprisingly good. I was very pleasantly surprised. I can't remember the last time my dad and I went to a movie and both liked it.

Posted: 1/10/08 at 11:05pmI felt the opposite, Scott. I went in with very high expectations (I mean, c'mon, Aaron Sorkin!) and came out kind of "Eh." It was a good film, but I dunno. Eh.

Well, maybe my expectations were just really low going in.
I definitely felt that it suffered a lot with the change from the ending in the original screenplay. Cutting out the explicit modern political references sort of declawed the movie. I still thought it was entertaining and well-acted.

I know this isn't Off-Topic, but I simply must share one of Brantley's most excruciating reviews to date.
