Yeah, I should have seen that one coming, but what can I say? I'm tired, hung over and preoccupied with this unplanned trip to LI this afternoon.

My sister (the one I bought the cell phone for) is not very good with comebacks. Her worst (and funniest) remains: "Yeah, well your mother's so fat that when she had her period, it came out red." We've never let her live that one down. But she's funny when she's mad, so I try to get on her nerves as much as possible.

I didn't either! After Mother D2 called me this morning and I realized I had to go out there this afternoon, I thought "I want to do something fun tonight, and have a really good excuse to get back into the city early." So I went online and got tickets for tonight. I paid too much, but who cares? It's worth it just to be able to say "Gotta go now!"
