odyssey of the mind is a hard thing to describe (its kinda like a cult hahaha) but the easiest way to define it would be: a competition based on your creativity of solving a problem--but there is a lot more to it...

my problem was titled Around The World In Eight Minutes. we had to crate a skit where a traveler goes to four different locations. one must me a undiscovered location that the team crated and one must be an arctic location. The skit had to explain why the traveler went to each location(reason must change for each location) and you have a budget of--like $113.

that is a very simplified explanation of it...it pretty hard core and gets real intense!
