I've never seen the show, but I like this cast recording. Did you see/hear this production? It's different from the original--changed a few songs/characters/lines (well, a lot of lines--they made it more politically correct, which I understand was not a good move). I like Bernadette a lot.

A red 02 Saturn Vue. I'm currently driving a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It's black on black leather--which is TORTURE in the summer in Texas (but right now, it's fine because it's about 40 degrees here). It has brake problems and transmission problems--not to mention HORRIBLE gas mileage, so I'm REALLY looking forward to getting a new car.

Yeah, I saw it. Peters was miscast, the PC stuff made it all more offensive than the original probably was (I never saw that, or the '66 revival either) and the whole thing was just a big yawn. And that dynamic score - not even cute. But a lot of people loved the production, so what do I know? Personally, I would have preferred to see LuPone in that role - I think it would have been a better fit, vocally and dramatically.

The movie, however, is a hoot!

Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

That's cool parks. I test drove one a few weeks ago. Other the outside and a few interior items, the Vue, Torrent, and Equinox are the same vehicle. My mom has an Equinox and it has been very good to her so far. Best of luck!

Ah, well--hopefully my school will do a good job with the show. I'm going to be a senior next year, so it better be good! .

MotorTink, thanks for the input. I like the Equinox--I wanted one when I first saw one, but they were a little pricey. The Vues aren't very expensive, which is nice. I've read mixed things about the Vue from customer reviews. Some people HATE them, some people love them. I think I'll like it since it will hopefully be a big improvement from my Jeep. I test drove it yesterday and it drove very well--nice and smooth. It has a sunroof too, which is exciting.

I got a 2 door. I love it!! I used to drive a Crown Vic which is like a land yacht, so I love that I can manuever in and out of all types of spaces now. (SM2-shut up!!)

It gets great mileage. btw-gas is now $2.93 a gallon here.

wow, that's ridiculous. Where are you? Do you know what the estimated gas mileage is on it?

I can't believe it--gas prices have gone up like 70 cents in just 2 or 3 months.
