Oh, South Pacific isn't that bad!

How are we all? Got back from wild party at 2pm today, having left home at 6am the previous morning for school. Fun fun! Seriously, my friends are such crazy alcoholics. And I'm the babysitter.

"We" suck. Just got back from an unscheduled trip to Long Island to see my father, who went into the hospital last night. Damn. He seems to be doing all right, but at 86, who knows? And he's as stubborn as a mule.

Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

It is with great regret that I must inform you that possibly the two greatest writers of musicals ever are both dead. And their names ARE Rodgers and Hammerstein, don't be smart. One for 45 years, the other for almost 30. They can't give it back.

I agree that the King and I and the Sound of Music are better, though.

The King and I and Carousel are wonderful shows. The Sound of Music, while a wonderful film is dreadful on stage.

Carousel is an odd show to me. I guess I just didn't understand it in the concert staging I saw. Rebbecca Luker was sick when I saw it, and she's not known for her acting, so I guess I just got the short end of the stick. The music was good though.

I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.
