Posted: 6/29/07 at 3:12pmI always laugh when my grandparents try to send me e-mails. There's always one or two blank ones before they finally get the hang of it. I normally get tired of waiting and call them.
I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.

Posted: 6/29/07 at 3:14pmMy dad's mom has a degree in computer something. I'm not real sure. I know she was a computer admin for a VA hospital. She's who I call if I can't get my computer to work. And she keeps her emails short and sweet.

Mom on the other hand forwards every genealogy email she gets to me. not to mention the email equivalent of chain letters. I have asked her not to forward those to me. "but they're so cute!" oh dear god. she called me the other night, her monitor wasn't working. the problem? it wsn't plugged in. yep thats right.

Polly, I have a cousin who used to send me chain emails - religious chain emails - until I told her to stop. She did, but she's also stopped talking to me altogether. But I notice I still get invitations/announcements whenever there's a wedding, or a birth, or a confirmation, or anything else that good manners tell you requires a gift. *rolls eyes*
