I'm 5'10" and 130 lbs. I think that, just this once, I can enjoy a donut guilt free. Not that I'll be able to, since I live in the middle of NOWHERE!

They probably do if you're super sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants, but they barely faze me...they just make me super peppy and super un-hungry.
In fact, they're SO pep-inducing that I decided I was going to WALK home from work last night. My feet hurt, but boy, does my butt feel tight today! :-P (I work on 56th and 5th Av, I live on 112th and 1st Av..)
