She's not "wrapped" as tight as she wants to believe she is, and her medications are all a mess. When we tried to help her sort it all out (D2'sJ2 is a doctor) she flipped out on us, and subsequently Dr. D2'sJ2 flipped out on her. It wasn't pretty.
