sheesh, i go work on spanish for half an hour and you guys start a new thread lol. Any hoo, I do ask him but he doesn't speak much spanish. His grandfather was the last one born in Mexico. Or was it his great grandfather? any way you get the idea. But his name is Hispanic and so are most of our kids. Which means my parents can't pronounce them lol
How pathetic is it that people are fighting over who gets to start the next thread? *eyeroll*
And who threw a tantrum about this very same subject last week?

Did we fight? I think we all just "called" which ones we wanted...although if someone wants to fight me for 17, I'll take 'em down!
i refuse. to start a new thread that is. I just don't want to disappoint & keep people waiting if I'm not around.
Oh, the Jersey look! I dig it...
La la la, prodigious birth of love!
I was kidding around with D2 about the thread title and such. =] Goodness knows, I'm rarely serious.
Do I give a f**k about starting a thread? No.
Do I give a f**k about getting a new bag of Pringles? Yes.

I tell you, Polly, the pressure was enormous. I lost sleep over it. "What will happen if I'm not there when the thread ends? We're getting to the weekend! OMG!!!"
But like everything else, it always works out in the end.
Weren't you supposed to start the last one, D2? Then you overslept, so Jaily had to come to the rescue and save the day.

I'm glad you were able to come through for us, Deet. My sincerest thanks, to be sure.
I don't think Evan existed at the beginning of #6.
No, SM2, that was not the case.
La la la hip hooray for Shakespeare!
Sure as I am breathing
You can make Elizabethean language fun!
... I should ask my director if he'll consider that show for next season.

polly, you do realize the H in your surname is silent, right? Incidentally, have you seen the movie?
Ha, PM, I'm in the process of pressuring my director to do it next summer! Heck, we've already pre-cast it, so it saves him the trouble!
What are we doing next summer?
You mean... the Broadway World Players are gonna produce their first show?
YAY!
I'll go to see it, JAG. =]
Earlier today, I did a little take off of "Reefer Madness" because someone mentioned "Potter Madness". I'll post the lyrics I made up in a jiffy.
[Wow, now that's a phrase I have failed to use!]

Evan, we're doing PETER PAN. So far we've cast Tink, singingwendy, and CapnHook. I'll let you guess which parts.

Thanks, SM. I just snorted.
And since he's Irish, I nominate Linnie to play Peter Pan.
That's going to be one hell of a show.

Who said Peter Pan was Irish?
I wanna be Smee.
No one. It was apropos of nothing.
