No, I saw it in the movie theatre when it first came out. It's still funny, and whether or not the rumors about Marisa Tomei's Oscar win are true, she gives an outstanding performance that is award worthy.
Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

award worthy perhaps, but the issue is who her competition was that year. It still ranks as one of the greatest upsets in Oscar history.

Stagey, I never really bought into the whole Marisa/Oscar conspiracy thing. The competition that years was stiff, and Vanessa Redgrave was luminous in HOWARD'S END. But each time I've seen MY COUSIN VINNY, I've been so bowled over by Tomei's performance I think "Of course she won! She's brilliant in this."

Tomei is a wonderful actress. She is a great theatre actress too.

Stagey- I have only two roosters, who are kept apart. The one who is free-range likes to attack me. I have scars all over my legs. We had neighbors in NC who did that, though. It was awful.

I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.

Oh man...we loaded my set into the theatre today and I thought it was going to be a total $hit show, and it all went amazingly smooth! Thank god the stage manager, lighting designer and costume designer all happened to be some of my best friends that I have worked with forever, because they know how to calm me down on days like this! Yay...I can't wait for opening on Friday though.
PLUS...I got home, tired as all hell and sitting in front of my door was a brand new Mac laptop and a free iPod Nano that I guess my parents got me for my birthday/ graduation. Yay! (not that I will have time until Sunday to set them up).
