I'm partial to Tylenol Sinus myself, although Advil can be my friend as well.

Arent't those the pills with the candy coating, Deet?

Nope. At least not the ones I buy.

Hm.
Are you laughing at me, Rath?
Well Deet, you don't quite have the same kind of pain I think I and the girls are discussing. But for colds, Advil Cold & Sinus simply can't be beat. The stuff is magic.
On the other hand, for the type of pain I'm in, Motrin is the only thing that works. Excessive, liberal amounts of Motrin.
Laughing WITH you, dear.

My sinuses hurt so bad this morning my nose feels like it is 100 times it's normal size.

Uh huh. Sure.
I often take four advil before bed when I'm feeling the kind of pain Geek is. That, and a heating pad.
My mom's going out to touch the whales today. She just left. Lucky duck.
Those Thermacare pads are great. Advil/Motrin doesn't scratch the surface for me though, I need Maximum Strength Midol or Pamprin.
I think you need some pampering, too, Rath.

Touch the Whales? That sounds so cool.

I find that lying in bed and crying doesn't really help, but it gets you out of school the next day.
I use that one a lot.
everyone's so grumpy today. Post-holiday stress syndrome?
My ex-stepmother had one of those corn pillows. Y'know, the ones that're filled with dried corn that you put in the microwave? Those were fantastic. Four motrin every two hours does the trick for the most part. No eating, nothing but hot chocolate to drink and lying in bed for the full day, on my back, knees up, breathing deeply and I just might make it out without very much pain.

I use one with rice in it, Geek. It's my other best friend.
We aren't grumpy, Taz! Just womanly.
How are you?
NOT I! Since well... the holidays are still going.

oh, Taz! Now that you're here I'm in an absotiveley stupendiferous mood. How goes it?
I;m feeling pretty good actually.
And I absolutely have hormonal mood swings every now and then.
Their not as regulated as women's, but men go through them too.
there is nothing a Dr. can do for you concerning this amount of pain during PMS? It is not normal to be in that bad of condition each month. I suffer very badly myself, and the Dr's were able to provide a lot of options. I don't listen most of the time, but that is my own stupidity.
Taz, I'm not grumpy at all. I'm in a (rare) good mood for some reason.

Ain't that the truth.
I have four brothers. I know.
regarding my previous post, I don't have any pain associated with my mood swings, so I realize it doesn't compare.
