I liked Shrek. *shrugs*
Our fingerprints don't fade from the lives we touch.
Puppies are babies in fur coats.
Tinfoil...The Terrorizing Terminator
honestly, I thought the score was sub-par.
But in the context of the live show it probably works.

There were a few songs that were fun, but overall, I kept reaching for the skip (especially when I got to that burping/farting bit at the end of I Got You Beat. Ugh.) I'm glad I have it now and will definitely give the rest of the songs a listen, but it's just... ehh.
Although this does seem to be the trip of movie-related musicals. We're seeing 9 to 5 and WSS for sure and are likely to see BE. Also thinking of catching In the Heights again, and that's going to be a movie eventually. Funny how that happened.
I got a call from a guy that wants to run for Senate against John McCain and he wants to discuss his campaign strategy, going to be brutal with him and hit him with mind-numbing fundraising numbers and and the worst case ground scenario and see how he reacts and whether he has the backbone to get it done and I have an interview for Field Director post with a solid candidate running for Superintendent of Public Instruction. Yay. I love new campaign cycles.
I saw Impressionism last night. Next up is Blithe Spirit tomorrow, then Irena's Vow next Wednesday (and possibly Tuesday as well, as a favor for a friend), and reasons to be pretty on Friday. Plus whatever else comes up in between!
I realize life that my life has gotten has gotten badly off-track. I don't even know what's opened and heard any of the new recordings in, eh, about a year. Maybe I should get a regular job and give up on saving the world.
However, I am pleased to report that as of late last night that the DOJ is investigating Joe Arpaio's office, it only 6 months of actions, 8 arrests, helping to gather 35,000 signatures of support, and working 12 hour days, for well, literally no money. Priceless.
uh oh, thinks smacks of another slow-moving Av thread...
either that or I am undisputed the Queen of the Thread Killers.
Oh just wait Radi. There is gonna be some shakin' going on tonight up in here.
Is that a promise, or a threat, Taz?
I decided this thread would be the best place for me to re-appear, seeing as I'm legal now...well, actually since last May, but I fell off the face of the earth when it happened.
Both Deet!
welcome faith. It's gets a little wild in here from time to time, but we're all really innocents.
Promises, promises....

Radi - Sheriff Joe's name crossed my peripheral vision in the news, but I didn't get a chance to follow the link. What's he up to NOW?!? I despise that man.
Q, well still up to no good....Tuesday the DOJ announced an investigation into MCSO. He responded in the press conference the same night that he will do 'battle' with the feds. In the face of harsh criticism he is being his old belligerent self, right down to his folks roughing up a woman and breaking her arm on Thursday....apparently the deputies are feeling the strain.

He is totally going down --circling the wagons and freaking out.
It's really kind of nifty.

OMG - MONTINI!!! I had forgotten about that little worm.
I'll wait to see what falls out of all this, though. You well know that this piece of human excrement has pulled himself out of many, MANY holes - because he has the majority support of the vile demographic of many in that region.
Honestly, it is stupifying to me that he continues to exist.
Perfect bastard...blackmails the hell out of everyone, the Supervisors, hell not sure what he had on Janet but when with was AG she dropped investigations on 6, yes SIX dead inmates...4 on the same shift, the families eventually won a 4.4 million dollar civil suit. Nonetheless, I suspect he and his office will not get much more than a slap on the hand....
then again...pretty sure Eric Holder would bitch slap him rather than get blackmailed by the guy.
but I do believe they will break the 287g's.
Meanwhile,
I have real problems....this infatuation with the professor is just bad. Checking Facebook like every 10 minutes just to see is name online -- it's so bad I am seriously reconsidering that grad program and looking at other ones.
Seriously folks...I need advice, remember I have not dated in 7 years, indeed I may have totally lost my mojo...and not even sure I would how to use it if I were to magically find it....there's something there between us..but no clue how to pursue it...none. nada. help.

who's around? Are the children of the night with us?
Hi taz! How ya doing?
Hey Radi! I'm doing well. How about you?
And I'm heeeere!
Look who's heeeere!
I'm still heeeeeeeeere!
Doing well taz, going to a discussion on genocide with the professor desperately trying to figure out what to wear. (go figure).
Hi Actr. How are you doing?
I'm not sure what one wears to a genocide seminar. Definitely not something too festive.
I thought you were in NY this weekend actr.
