So will we be starting Part 5 of this thread before the week is out?
Hey J2, Rath, and Ravi! How are my favorite ladies doing today?
I love the musical version of Roseanne! Awesomeness!
A little late, but I'm doing well, Taz. I'm having a...day. I don't even know how to describe it. Soap opera-worthy crap.
BTW, Soapguy, Robin Thicke = Hot. His voice, not so much.
Awww. . .I love his voice too!
Edit: by "too" I mean, I love his voice and the way he looks.
Hi Rav!
Hey ww!
Sorry to hear your day is soap-opera crap. Did you at least get to slap someone and call them a bitch?
Oh, I wish.
How are you?
I'm fine. I have to finish reading Book 9 of The Odyssey, which I loathe. But other than that, I'm good.
The Odyssey...*shudder*
I know. It's the worst.
...I liked The Odyssey. *puts on nerd glasses*
Tink, we love you!
Never had to read the Odyssey but I am sure I probably would have liked it too **puts nerd glasses on and joins Jag**
I'm sure you do, but I don't think Tazzy does anymore!
Of course he does, Tink! I'm sure it was just a lapse in sanity.
I actually liked almost all the required reading in high school...except for Their Eyes Were Watching God. Don't get me started!
Maybe I'm also not enjoying The Odyssey because I'm out of school really soon and I don't feel like reading another book.
Great Expectations was worse (I know, shoot me know).
I honestly think the most horrid thing I read in HS was The Scarlet Letter, but that could be because my teacher (who i adored) battered the hell out of it with "symbolism". I'm trying to remember them all but I think I loved a book called "I Am The Cheese" the most. We actually had to write letters to the author afterwards on what we thought the real story was.
I do like "O Brother Where Art Thou?" though, I must say.
I get killed for this, but I hated Fahrenheit 451. I normally enjoy the reading we have to do, though.
The best book I've read in high school is Inherit the Wind. I love that.

Morning!
I despize the Odyssey too.
I really didn't like Fahreneit 451 either. I actually didn't like any of the Ray Bradbury I've read. Dandelion Wine... **shudder**
Although The Scarlet Letter was by far the worst thing I ever had to read for school.
One more thing, linnie, better hope D2 isn't around, because if he catches you up still, he's going to be pissed! lol
Good GRACIOUS, I'm drunk!
<-------- me graduating..
Also as promised-- a much more current photo of me and the munchkins.
Boy have they grown!
Gotta love the Docs!
