Me too, because being ANYWHERE by 9am is honestly a very, very big challenge for me. I am simply not a morning person.

I will be working with the Sunshine Group, which is very exciting to me, (I'm a high-end real estate freak), and I'll be working on a long-term project at one of their newest properties, the Arris Lofts.

I've noticed them from the train window as I'm going out to LI. They look spectacular, but what's the surrounding neighborhood like? Looks a little desolate.

I think you may be right, Taz.

They do look spectacular, Jaily, and they are in a great location as far as proximity to NYC goes. But, not to sound like a nudge, what are the support systems there: grocery stores, banks, dry cleaners, Starbucks?

I have no idea what the hood is like, Deeter...I'll let you know later. There must be SOMETHING nearby, I'm sure...I can't imagine they would build a million-plus dollar loft conversion and not have at least a FEW amenities for the yuppies :)

(And I'm sure I need not remind you that, regarding "proximity to NYC", they are IN NYC. New York is bigger than just Manhattan, darling! Sorry...it's the realtor in me :P)

This year is so competitive that I'm not even going to get in on the guessing games. There are so many worthy shows, any of them could win and I'd be happy. Well, not MARY POPPINS. It was better than I expected, but not Tony worthy.

But I am going to enjoy the race!

Oh, Jaily, I'm a New Yorker, and that trumps Realtor. Those properties are in QUEENS, which is a part of New York City, but isn't THE CITY.

I have nothing against Queens (the borough and the species) - I grew up there and my first apartment was there (and I am one.) But now that I'm in Manhattan, ain't nothing movin' me off this rock.

I know, the sheer variety this year is just stunning - the artsy, the commercial, the crowd-pleasers, the dreck - it's all there. One of the best seasons in years, and as I said this year won't be so much about the winners for me, it will be about the race. I'm almost thinking this morning is the real nail biter. The actual awards may be anti-climactic.

tazzy..it is channel 1..hahahaha..I always start at channel 2 'cause in Joisy there's usually nothing on Channel 1...I'm such a dummy.
