Sex education should be taught at home, but that's just my opinion.
But the "President of the World" isn't correct...he thinks America should be the "Policeman of the World". Thanks to...I forget which President. I'm thinking Hoover. Oh well.
We should stay neutral. Then we'd have a higher population. But then someone was telling me the reason we go out and fight wars we have no real part in is because we're making sure the Holocaust doesn't happen again, or something. I really wasn't following the girl's idea very well. Oh well.

"We should stay neutral."
Yea, that's what people kept saying during the late thirties and the first 23 months of the forties while Hitler was tromping accross Europe and gassing Jews and the Japanese were raping Nanking.
yea, let's stay neutral.

Posted: 11/29/04 at 10:36amI really think that he is an idiot. I mean, I feel that the president and law nationally should interfere with sex ed and gay marriages (kind of another bush related topic I thought we should throw in there) that should be left up to the states!

Ever hear of civil marriages? Daily people who have never stepped inside a church are married.
Maybe instead of stating that an article was about sex ed, or something like that, they should read and attempt to understand the article. Reading with comprehension is a good thing.

And did you read the article?
But just giving civil rights to homosexuals isn't the same thing as marriage. We're Americans. We should have the same oppertunities that hetero's have. Shouldn't we?

Yes, the idea is that civil marriage rights should be extended to gay Americans. Whether or not a church wishes to honor a marriage is up to that church. It's all about civil rights.
And I don't think marriage should be left to the states. Those married couples in Mass do not have the federal marriage rights. And, they can never leave Mass if they want to be considered married.

So, NY would acknowledge that gay marriage?
And if so, ironically will not perform new ones.
