I did think of the example of a massochist, but what they want is not to get what they want, hence the different levels thing. And even if they shouldn't get what they want, that's not what the question asks.

Well no, I actually don't think that anything exists that everything here is going to like. Half the fun is finding exceptions to the rule. "Getting what you want" wasn't originally my suggestion, but no one had commented on it yet so I decided to bring it up again.

Brendan, I think it was pointed out that some people don't like orgasms because they make them uncomfortable. Or... something.
