I have never watched an episode of Mad Men, and now I can't, seeing as it will never live up to the expectations that have been planted in my head about it.

It's trying to find an audience. It has a small but loyal following, and AMC is really trying to give it every shot it can.

It so good. I feel like this must be what rabid Sopranos fans felt like.

I tried to watch the premiere of Mad Men last night, after never having seen it before. I had no idea what was going on so I tuned out. oh well.

Oh god, I hate that too, you guys.

I tried to start watching Barney after the first season, but I couldn't figure out what was going on.
Who were all those kids? Did he abduct them or were they sent to him by their parents? And then I got totally lost when the green dinosaur came in. WTF? Was she Barney's gf?

Way confusing. I'm waiting for the dvds.

This is sarcasm-free--I tried watching the season opener. (It's on youtube right now, unless it's been taken off in the last 20 minutes). The show felt stifling and I couldn't watch it.

And what's with all the low camera angles? Geez, buy a tripod.
