I was sick today too, but I listened to the OBC of Into the Woods, and now I'm all better.

I got the flu a day before an audition for The Secret Garden...I was miserable...but mi madre called the theatre and they actually let me audition the next week, that was lucky. I didn't get in, but that's not my point. My point was...er...
Anyway, my advice to you is to SLEEP. Sleep a lot. And don't listen to showtunes if your throat hurts because it's improbable that you'll be able to resist the urge to sing along.
Also, don't eat ice cream. I'm sure you know this already, but it's bad. Sherbet is okay. Just STAY AWAY from dairy products. They only gunk you up more.
Good luck with the audition. I was in Camelot when I was in 4th grade. It's a great show. What part are you going for?
