I'll start. Foley-gate is clearly Bill Clinton's fault as he lowered the moral standards among the youth of today with his shameful behaviour, creating amoral hussies that would cyber-flirt with closeted congressman.

The situation at the DMZ and the moral decay of today's youth are Bill Clinton's fault. He could've sent an envoy of Hollywood starlets (Lindsay Lohan, Ashlee Simpson, and Mel Gibson spring to mind) to satisfy Jong's bizarre cravings and pacify him into submission long before this whole "nucular" thing became an issue for Dubya.
