I think he sometimes goes off the edge of the cliff. He is blunt and serious, however- he sometimes just goes too far. He is good in the way that he doesn't baby the guests and he gives them his opionion straight forward. On the other hand, sometimes I feel that he thinks he is almighty. I know that if you are invited to go on his show, you have to get a phych evaluation to see if you can 'handle Dr. Phil.'

I think he gets people on TV who need to make incredibly obvious changes that he then tells them to do, simply so the armchair psychologists sitting at home can agree with him and think they're smart.
