Hey losers!
It's your old pal Eric, aka EricMDB, aka RodneyK, aka Cheesus Crust, aka DracoMalfoy, aka HeresJohnny, etc etc etc... even I can't remember them all.
Every now and then I do a search and laugh at how whenever anyone expresses an opinion on this site that is not 100% extremely left-wing you idiots accuse that person of being me.
So earlier this week and did a search and came across this picture. It’s hard to believe it’s been four years since the original “smoking thread” reached 10,000 posts. There was a lot of speculation that day. Some thought the thread would crash, some thought the site would crash, and some thought the whole damned planet would implode. In the end, nothing happened. There was however, a ‘contest’ to see who would be the one to get post #10,000 and a lot of upset people when that person was me.
What really cracks me up is that four years later, I’ve completed another graduate degree, had four different job each better that the previous, gotten married, moved to another state, bought a house, got a cat, got a dog, have a kid on the way, and you losers are still serving up virtual drinks to each other in version 25 of the Smoking Thread and talking about how ‘the Man’ has kept you down.
