I am grateful for the friendships I enjoy on this board and look forward to a "real world" meeting with many of them.

This board has been a great comfort and encouragement to me. I appreciate the kindness I'm shown--and the good humor.

This is my own personal view of the board... to me, it's like the neighborhood pub. (except that there are minors here)

I visit, when there are conversations I can join in, I do. Through those conversations, I have created many good acquaintances. People I see at the pub and we can chat about our day and other stuff. And some of those people, little by little, become good friends. People I hang out with outside of the pub, people I call on the phone, and share personal issues of my and their lives. There are also the people you just don't click with, and the people you don't like and /or avoid.

I have made some great connections on this board. And I truly consider some of the people I've met through bww friends.

And yes, I know she doesn't like the emoticons - but that type of difference is what makes this community special to me.

This isn't just a message board to me. It's my refuge in the storm. Whenever I want to be surrounded by fellow theatre lovers, I know exactly where to turn. Being a member of this board has enriched my life in more ways than one. I've learned so much, and for that, I am truly greatful. I love you guys!
