Have you ever encountered someone who was getting on your nerves for some reason or another and you just wanted to scream, "JUST STOP!!!!!!!!!!"

Here goes: To the guy at the gym who wears the spandex unitard and stands in front of the mirror doing pelvic thrusts, shimmies and can-can girl kicks; it ain't pretty, so, JUST STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

kiss - I tend to agree, but there is another school of thought that the grunting and screaming actually help in the lifting phase - I dunno - I think its a waste of energy myself.

Sounds like this guy is all over the place!!! I wish I had a video camera because it was quite amusing. This takes place every morning at the gym.
