C- skim has sugar. Half and Half is worth the fat. One table spoon only has 20 calories and 1.5 grams of fat.

well, sugar I can burn easily... so I guess that means I'll save the skim to drink, but put half and half in my coffee from now on....

...I would love to go to bed. But, alas, it's not possible yet. I rarely get tired, so I'm trying to just plow through. Saturday I will sleep... all day... I can't wait!

I'm back! WOO WOO! Currently have on exhausted pooch asleep on my legs and cutting off circulation...but numb legs never felt so good! Sorry I missed all the fun tonight but I had gay boyfriend/straight girlfriend night and then spent some time with the FB before picking up the pooch.
Off to bed I go for my three hour nap!
