There are currently three Whole Foods in Manhattan... Whole Foods at the Time Warner Center, Whole Foods in Chelsea (24th Street and 7th Ave) and Whole Food Union Square, with Whole Foods Wall Street in discussions currently.

...actually, I'm sad because today is the last day for a guy who has been working for me since January. (He's been a sort of permanent temp...) The project he was doing for us is over and as hard as I've tried to extend it, I can't... I am going to miss him. I get so attached to my 'kids'!

Aww! I feel for the temp! I'm so scared! My job here is done "officially" may 13th, although they've said it's extended indefinitely and I'm afraid they'll change their minds.

I honestly don't know what we would have done without this 'kid'. I'm doing everything I can to try to help him find work in the industry he has his heart set on. I usually don't get so involved, but he has really impressed me. In the meantime, he assures me that the agency he's with has something all lined up for him next week. *sigh* Wish it were here.
