Just wanted to say howdy... Am off to a full morning of meetings (though you know I'll peek in every chance I get).

Yay for today's horoscope:
You're as famous for being sensitive as you are for being a tad on the shy side. If you're feeling emotional, and you've absolutely got to be out in public, having an evacuation route in mind wouldn't be a bad idea.
I get the sensitive but don't know about the shy thing...I think I'm just anti-social.

No rain here. In fact, it's quite lovely out.
My horoscope says I have to sit down and have a no-nonsense talk. Which is kind of creepy, because that's exactly what is on the agenda for tonight.

Gorgeous day in Chicago - sunny and warm.
My wife was working on her routine this morning for one of her Step/CORE classes and she referred to a move called, "Pull the Cord." What do you people do at these gyms?
