I'm not a huge Kudisch-ite. So I would go with Liam or even Stokes.
If you want to be truly color-blind, I'd go with a voice I'd love to hear actually SING Arthur's role: Norm "the pipes" Lewis.

Any of the three would work for me, bway.
I thought of you when we saw Dessa - Mr. Lewis really is impressive, and I'm sure could rip into a substantial role. Vocally, however, I came away mind-blown by Eric Jordan Young - what a voice!

Oh.my.god. Stokes and Audra. That's a real stretch of color-blind casting...but dear god. I would buy a ticket a week at the least. And I'm not even a huge fan of Camelot.

Stokes and Audra - I agree that would be excellent.
Camelot was on the the first "Broadway" shows that I saw - it was a tour in about 1983 with Richard Harris as Arthur.

Posted: 5/5/05 at 3:26pmIt would require a rigorous rehearsal schedule, but I would do it. Anything for my art.
