There are quite a few... the brat pack were highly entertaining. In a bad movie kind of way...

LOL... no, I was going for it with the last exchange, but decided to keep it 'clean'...

Rob Lowe and premarital sax. There's a great memory of him in the movie!

I missed Undi and Addy and St Elmo's Fire... my fave brat pack movie's gotta be Breakfast Club.

How do you all remember all these lines? I'm so terrible at retaining quotes like that...

btw... Addy, remembering your quote from early May, tomorrow we're staging The Lusty Month Of May....

Hi, DD!

In honor of you and your staging, I will return to my original May quote... as soon as a friend of mine gets a chuckle out of the St. Elmo's Fire stuff...

Isn't it funny the stuff we remember? I loved all those bad 80's movies. One of my favorites, naturally, was "Pretty in Pink". Maybe we'll have to play that one out one of these days. And how adorable was "Sixteen Candles"? ("When you're just sixteen anything can happen!") I think I still have a crush on Michael Schoeffling...

Undi -any chance your hot friend wears nice "threads"???

To paint the front porch or read the incredible Tony spread in the Times??

Painted the deck boards finally - I don'e believe that task has been accomplished in years. I will save the Times for later - expansive coverage. I love the photo with the leading actors in the boxing ring.

LOL Undi... that sounded too funny. As a Costarican, I don't think I'd mind being pressed by a french...

Those 80's movies were the best. I actually got to meet Gedde Watanabe (sp) during one of our visits to NYC. He's a friend of friend of ours who does (or did) cabaret.

Am I in denial if I still refuse to see them as bad movies?

I just (literally) rolled out of bed and brdlwyr has already painted the deck boards, geez do I feel useless.

Hi, all.

Saw PIAZZA today. Wow! Stunning...

Then met my SGL for dinner and a Fluff. All in all a terrific day!

Except for this rain... it can go away now.

LOVED her.

I was really blown away by it. It far exceeded my expectations. The costumes and sets were lovely and I was wiping away tears for 20 minutes after it ended...
