Champagne is fine. Addy - I want to write a book about low carb drinks. (as I sip a low carb beer)
Margarita:
crystal lite lemonade
tequila
lot of lemom juice
It works.

Posted: 3/16/05 at 11:22pmThe book I'm thumbing through has many selections - the one that just caught my eye was a caramel apple martini! Can you imagine?

Posted: 3/16/05 at 11:28pmHow could carmel be low carb?? I have thought about a low carb thread. I reduced carbs (and calories) one year ago and lost 40 pounds. However, I do not exercise. My wife is a fitness queen and teaches step aerobics as a hobby. Our diets conflict because she needs the sugar.

Now I'm reading the chapter on Responsible Hosting and Bartending Tips.
The topics include:
Don't Make Your Drinks Too Strong
Always Keep An Adequate Supply of Nonalcoholic Drinks
Promote Snacks
Make A Mental Note Of The Number Of Drinks Your Guests Have Consumed
Plan Activities For Your Guests
Bring Your Party To A Close...
I know it's supposed to be serious, but it's making me giggle...
oh, and the caramel is from sugar-free syrup. Not sure about that one. I'll stick with my Kettle One and Tonic.

I have enough trouble remembering on my own... :)
And it has been said that a party at Addy never really comes to a close.

Undi! That's the other closet!
Bobby, the show was quite good, if not unbelievably excellent. Bill Irwin was wonderful, however.

Given what's stuffed into said closet, Undi, I don't blame you.

Happy and bubbly girls are the way to go!
You are both welcome in my closets any time! You know that! In fact, the spring switcheroo may be happening soon...that's always a fun activity in the closet
Glad to hear about the show. It's now on my list.
Oh, and speaking of gestures. May I just tip my hat to a certain someone who is very talented when it comes to unlocking his jaw? Quite an impressive demonstration!

I think that's a safe assumption.
Hey, Undi - you'll get a kick out of my horoscope:
You'll have a bit of an attitude shift this afternoon, from worrying about who said what to worrying about how it made someone feel. Don't obsess about it -- which would be only too easy now.
