How could carmel be low carb?? I have thought about a low carb thread. I reduced carbs (and calories) one year ago and lost 40 pounds. However, I do not exercise. My wife is a fitness queen and teaches step aerobics as a hobby. Our diets conflict because she needs the sugar.

I know it's supposed to be serious, but it's making me giggle...
