Posted: 3/16/05 at 11:28pmHow could carmel be low carb?? I have thought about a low carb thread. I reduced carbs (and calories) one year ago and lost 40 pounds. However, I do not exercise. My wife is a fitness queen and teaches step aerobics as a hobby. Our diets conflict because she needs the sugar.
