Okay - I saw this disturbing clip last night on a "most extreme" game show outtakes/bloopers show. It was a quiz show from the UK - (I am assuming due to the accents - although Australia would work too) it looked quite normal and very Jeapordy like except all the contestants were "wired up" and when they buzzed in to answer, they would get an electric shock! I was dumbfounded. At first I thought maybe it was a parody ala Saturday Night Live or MAD TV - but the actual bloopers show that featured the clip was actually serious. So - does anybody know the show that these people were on?

I think it's called, "Distraction" on Comedy Central. If not, it's a show very similar to that.

It was Distraction. I saw that blooper/funniest show on GSN last night as well. They followed it with one hour of Match Game. I was in heaven!

Oh my goodness! Thank's you guys - I can't freakin' believe they did that to them! hahaha. I guess I should have kept watching - I love me some Match Game!

They show Match Game every night on GSN...not sure where you live, so you'll have to check your local listings. It's on from 8-9pm and 11-12pm out here in SF. I believe it is also played during the daytime, as well.

Nothing like a good episode of "blank" Game!

Thanks Justme - I am in San Francisco too. I love the match game episodes that have been filmed after the lunch breaks and they are all sloshed! It's hysterical - especially Brett and Charles. Have you seen this link below? It's too fabulous!

A friend of mine won on an episode of the American version of Distraction. It included a challenge where contestants had to ring the buzzer by peeing into the toilet on which they were sitting.

I am sure his mother was very proud.

Match Game PM, with Brett and Charles...a little Richard down below...with a dash of Betty White on the side...it's a perfect show!

By the way...ever done the drinking game to Match Game? The version I know of was a shot of Tequila whenever you see:

Charles smoking his pipe. (must SEE the pipe)
Betty White stripping

and I forget the others...
