I'm fond of much of Nicki Minaj's work, but to me the JLo/Iggy tag team won the 2014 Booty Battle. The BOOTY video is arguably edited better than ANACONDA and JLo wins the the 2014 International MILF title hands down.

Count me among those perplexed by J'Lo's continued success - in, frankly, any form of media. The woman apparently earns shy of $50 million/year from concerts, music sales, endorsements, tv appearances. Insane.

Forgive me for pointing out the obvious, but it's called branding. Ms Lopez (and her handlers) do a very good job managing the JLo brand. She's Jenny From the Block still with legions of fans who are brand loyal. And for many fledgling performing artists, she's an inspirational figure. Almost everybody loves a winner, it seems.

I'm not particularly a "fan", but I certainly don't hate her. Personally, she seems quite lovely. I like a handful of her songs and as an actress, I've found her rather charming, even if the movies themselves aren't that great. She looks fantastic on the cover of her new album and I was very eager to hear it. I just hate the contents of the album. Awful, awful, awful.
