Posted: 2/7/06 at 1:24pmYes, Virginia, there is a Butterfinger martini. As it turns out, Borstal found himself at that elite dining establishment The Claim Jumper and, while basking in the corporate glow of it all, downed a few of the Butterfinger martinis. Heaven, sheeeeer heaven.

Butterfinger Martinis -
1-1/2 fl oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 fl oz Butterscotch Schnapps
Splash of Cream
Combine in an ice filled shaker; shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle with finely crushed Butterfingers.
