So-Long Jesse, THE BEST IS YET TO COME!
Your one talented guy!
Ugg that kind of sucks, but I wish him the best and hope he becomes a big star! Love that guy!
"If we don't live happily ever after at least we survive until the end of the week!" -Kermit the frog "I need the money... it costs a lot to look this cheap!" -Dolly P. "Oh please, Over at 'Gypsy' Patti LuPone hasn't even alienated her first daughter yet!" Mary Testa in "Xanadu" "...Like a drunk Chita Rivera!" Robin de Jesus in "In the Heights"
"B*tch, I don't know your life." -Xanadu After that if he still doesn't understand why you were uncomfortable and are now infuriated, kick him again but this time with Jazz Hands!!! -KillerTofuHe's been on there 9 years? It doesn't seem like it's been that long.
wow, nine years...
I wonder what's next for him. I remember him being attached to a Marvin Gaye bio, but don't know whatever came of that. I wish him the best..

Maybe he'll come back to Broadway. Please?
:/ That makes me sad
One less TV show for me to follow, well, unless he ends up in another one.
The Marvin Gaye biopic looking like it's definitely set to go this time around... That's something to look forward to!

The Marvin Gaye biopic is still being worked on.... no worries -- it'll be out soon enough!
as for Jesse leaving L&O, well, please excuse me while I go over here and die. Thanks.
If in Heaven you don't excel, you can always party down in hell...
AP News / Yahoo News is also reporting pretty much the same thing.
Cast changes in store for 'Law & Order'
Is he going to do the Rent tour with Adam and Anthony?
He could do a soap, too.

Jesse L. Martin is my fav. Here's to hoping he moves on to something I'd actually be able to watch regularly.
Is this his decision or Dick Wolf's?
Why the hell are they replacing him with the "screaming-fat-guy-in-every-movie" Anthony Anderson? Now I'll have a reason to watch SVU instead, as if I already didn't with the Meloni on SVU.
I take it you didn't see Anthony Anderson on The Shield of K-Ville then?

Well, there goes my last reason to watch L & O, the original. I adore Jesse and think he is an extremely talented man. I know he will do great in whatever he choses to do next
