Rathnait, I love you.


I had to do an IQ test when they tested me for ADHD.
It was like 7,000 tests and it took all day.
8-6 with an hour break for lunch.
All so they could tell me how screwed up I am and that they were amazed I'd survived for so long without medication.
Ah, the wonders of modern science.

I think emode.com which is now tickle has them online: http://web.tickle.com/tests/uiq/authorize/register.jsp?url=/tests/uiq/index.jsp . However, I do not think the online tests are very accurate.

OOPS! I'm not sure if that link is accurate b/c a box popped up asking to register for matchmaking. Anyway, go to emode.com and select PhD tests.

Heh. I don't really know my IQ, though I always fall within a certain small range when I take online tests. I took an IQ test when I was young, but the results were kept classified. Trust me, though, that test is overrated. And read The Mismeasure of Man, by Steven Jay Gould.

:) Don't underestimate yourself! You can also take an exam to determine what breed of dog you are... or the site used to have that exam before it became tickle. That site offers hours of procrastination in the form of online tests. :)
