I hope so.
Is Gonzales still in office? It's good Saturday...do you think anything will happen today?

LOL
I'm not sure Nancypants is back in the country. The FBI might meet her at Andrews upon her return.
As long as she takes all those fashionable scarves with her to jail the inmates should leave her alone.
I wonder if she has ever read or consulted the Logan Act?

AJ Strata gets it right again! He could be talking about Nancypants, or Jimmy Carter...
Why Does Al Qaeda Sound Like The DNC?
Al Qaeda’s number two man, Ayman al-Zawahiri, has come out with a taped message for the world and America (just in time for our upcoming elections) which sounds just like DNC talking points:
“Can’t you [Bush] be honest at least once in your life, and admit that you are a deceitful liar who intentionally deceived your nation when you drove them to war in Iraq,” al-Zawahri said in a portion of the video released by the Washington-based SITE Institute.
You know, I swear I have heard and read that claim before. Oh yes, I heard something similar from Howard Dean:
Democratic Party chairman Howard Dean rejected the criticism on Sunday and said, “The truth is, the president misled America when he sent us to war.” …Dean said, “This is an administration that has a fundamental problem telling the truth.”

Posted: 4/8/07 at 12:33amThere's a very good reason why everyone in the world, no matter what their nationality or political orientation, hates and despises the Bush administration. It's incompetent, dishonest, corrupt, worthless. At this point, it's utterly useless to anyone no matter what their core beliefs might be. There's no pont anymore in asking why Democrats hate Bush. So do Republicans, Independents and Couldn't-Care-Lesses. Anyone with the tiniest shred of honesty will admit that Bush is as complete a failure as is possible. So, wake up and acknowledge reality. If you're a diehard conservative, write off your losses and find someone else to pin your hopes to. He has nothing more to give you except further bitter disappointment.

Your delusions have taken on new heights. They have the stench of a Broadway musical FLOP. The views are kin to a strange plot with no interest.
The whole world does not hate Bush. The whole world does not consist of the NY Times and your small circle of friends.
You trying to speak for the whole world is worse than when Charlotte tries to weave a word for Wilbur.

“Can’t you [Bush] be honest at least once in your life, and admit that you are a deceitful liar who intentionally deceived your nation when you drove them to war in Iraq,”
Boy that does sound familiar-- maybe because it's God's honest FACT? I mean, when both my first AND second grade teachers thought "1+1=2" I kind of thought it wasn't a coincidence. When something is true, all sorts of people are going to agree on it. But to you, it's just another occasion to compare the Democratic Party to terrorists.
And HD, I know you have to support your incompetant, ingorant lying scum of a candidate no matter what he pulls, but you can check any paper you want: America's image in the world has never been lower thanks to this president. Didn't you hear the German poll that showed an overwhelming majority of the country felt the US was more dangerous than IRAN? I agree it's not true, but you have to consider where they are coming from.
And it's really amazing considering the enormous amount of good will GW pissed away. It wasn't that long ago that America was seen as the grea hope of the world.

America is still seen as the great hope to the rest of the world, why else are they flooding in here as illegals.
If I thought so poorly of America (as you seem to) I would move! If it is so great in Europe or Canada, please go there.
Don't forget to go with your pockets open to pay the ludicrous tax burden.

Oh no HD-- This is the greatest country on earth and I love it. Sadly, we have a horrible man as president. He's done great damage to the land that I love, but his power is fading and soon he will be gone. There is a difference between a man and the nation.
And, unlike the Republicans, I'm glad to give a portion of my income to support the country I love.

Does anyone know if Nancypants is back yet? For the sake of the United States of America we hope that her trip and her blunders are over.

I love your maturity level that you can't just post and use people's real names. Everything is a namecalling immature gesture. And yet you don't like when people call your idols any nicknames. And YOU certainly would never attach a nickname to any republican, now would you?
Here's the thing (personally) HDT - I could give a RATS behind what party someone belongs to. I really don't. What I do care about are the issues and the people who make decisions and are in power.
It cannot be argued that Bush has done more damage to not only our country but to RELATIONSHIPS amongst our allies than any other president. That's why I (and apparently roughly 68 percent of America) think he's a bad president. It has nothing to do with his politcal party.
I wouldn't blindly support anyone regardless of their affiliation. But of course, I'm not a lemming like some.

Did you mean that, " it CAN be argued?"
Just asking. You and Namo take me to task for that and other similar errors and make them seem like a fatal flaw of character. I guess that it just for me.
Also, I agree with your idea to support positions and ideas. This is why i always use conservative and liberal. Most people fall into one of those camps on a majority of issues-NOT ALL. I do understand that.
Thanks for your help.

No I mean it's can't be argued as in - there's no argument. It's a fact.
And by attaching labels such as liberal and conservative, you already discredit yourself as supporting positions and ideas. They aren't mutually exclusive.
But you've illustrated how you have difficulties living in a world of gray - you see things very black and white.

No, cannot is the proper term. There is no argument or dispute, therefore it cannot be argued.
And, once again, your assumptions do not match actual facts:
* Independents comprise almost one-quarter of all adults (24%), up from last year's 22 percent, but back to where they were in 2002, 2003 and 2004;
* While Democrats have increased their lead over Republicans, conservatives continue to outnumber liberals by a wide margin (37% to 19%), a slight increase from a 34 to 20 percent margin in 2005;
* Moderates have dropped and now are even with conservatives at 37 percent. This is a change from 2005, when they outnumbered conservatives by a modest 42 to 37 percent margin.
