Typical. Fox News never seems to amaze me at how low they will sink and how evil they truly are.
This is reprehensible!
Fox News Talk Network host John Gibson announced the sad and tragic death of actor Heath Ledger on Tuesday by mocking him and making light of his untimely passing.
Disgusting!
We've been on this creep's show before and we will boycott his show in the future, unless he issues an apology.
Here's a rundown of what happened:
"Playing an audio clip of the iconic quote, 'I wish I knew how to quit you' from Ledger’s gay romance movie Brokeback Mountain, Gibson disdainfully quipped, 'Well, he found out how to quit you.' Laughing, Gibson then played another clip from Brokeback Mountain in which Ledger said, 'We’re dead,' followed by his own, mocking 'We’re dead' before playing the clip again."
Gibson called Ledger a "weirdo" with a "serious drug problem" and suggested that Ledger killed himself because he had "a serious position in the (stock) market" or perhaps "watched the Clinton-Obama debate last night. I think he was an Edwards guy, cause he saw his Edwards guy was just completely irrelevant."

Perez is not always the most reliable source but he was the only one who posted an actual audio clip that I could find.Fox News (LOL) also mocked Kurt Vonnegut when he died. If your liberal or even hint at leaning left, Fox will mock you and discredit you at all cost. Whats amazing is I don't think Heath was a US citizen, so he couldn't vote in the first place. I doubt John Gibson even knows this.I was told Youtube has this up already. If I can find it I will post it.

And if Ledger hadn't been in that homo movie, he probably wouldn't have said anything at all. Otherwise, he would have been making Brad Renfro jokes last week.

Oh, it ain't just right-wingers who are insensitive about celebrity deaths. What about Bill Maher and his Steve Irwin Halloween costume? Or Howard Stern playing gunshots over Selena's music the day her murder was announced?
I hate Fox News, but let's not pretend. It's not just a Fox News thing.

What ever happened to showing respect to a recently deceased person? I find it completely disrespectful to Heath for Gibson's mocking of his death and I find it disrespectful that the f***** WBC are picketing Heath's funeral just because he played a homosexual cowboy in a movie. The WBC talk about God hating gays and that gays are burning in hell and that Heath's in Hell, it was just a movie, it's not like the man was gay in real life. I also find it disrespectful and sacreligious for the WBC to be picketing a funeral, they talk about doing God's work, I don't think God is too happy about what they have done in his name.
Sorry for the rant, all the bad things that followed Heath's death have just got me extremely angry.
