I found the pic on google. and from what i can tell it seems real. the fact that the other guy is in a skirt leads me to believe it was some sort of stage-y, joke-y kinda thing, but who knows?

John Mayer is the dullest performer I've ever seen. He is mediocrity personified. I wondered how he kept audiences awake during one of his concerts; and now I know!

I've seen him in concert twice, and I couldn't disagree with your post more.

So is he gay/bi or is that just a joke?

I love John Mayer and Maroon 5! They're both great live. John Mayer was absolutely amazing; when I saw him, the song Come Back to Bed went on for about 15 minutes, with some great riffs and alternate lyrics thrown in there. It was seriously one of the best live performances I've seen.
ETA: som, I think it was just a joke. Updated On: 2/20/05 at 11:41 PM

I think he's straight, Nia. He dated that Love-Hewitt girl.

Hm. Most straight boys don't do things like that, but alright.

i dont think hes ever given a 'straight' answer on that, excuse the pun.

he said on TRL something about liking boys too, but again, was being silly about it...

ok, just cause he may or may noit have "dated one of your friends" does not make him straight!

munk, how can you disagree with me? He IS the dullest performer I've ever seen. How can you disagree with what I've seen? That's scary, almost!

"At the opening night party, they had clowns on stilts, jugglers, a chocolate fountain, popcorn, hot dogs. [My son] looked at me like I had been holding back. Like, 'This is what you do?' I had to tell him, 'No, no, darling. Opening nights don't usually look like this.' It's usually a dark bar with a bottle of vodka." ?Chitty Chitty Bang Bang's Jan Maxwell plus i proudly share the title of the shortest member over the age of 10 with wickedrentq!

Oh, how I love this. How can anyone "prove" they're straight? Dating women doesn't mean anything- heck, being married with kids doesn't mean a thing. So why exactly do we bother trying to settle it one way or another? Who cares? I'll take people at their word and leave it.

Ah... now my friend will be crushed when I show her this picture. It will destroy her world. *gushes*

But have you seen this John's forearms? Holy SH*Te. I went to his concert in Indianapolis, and damn. That's all I could stare at the whole time.

Not that it matters to me at all, but I think he is probably bisexual - given his vague, often playful, answers in interviews (like the TRL that Mistress referenced). Perhaps he is just a straight man not threatened by homo/bi-sexuality and feels free to blur the lines. or perhaps he wants to tap into the gay audiece to sell records... alas, who knows.

again he can kiss me anytime, no matter his proclivities!

maybe the Maroon Five guy is gay. After all, he's in the skirt (insert straight guy joke "which one of you is the wife" here).

Um on Cribs, it was for sure that the girl in his bed was his girlfriend. But like it was said above, who can base whether of not someone is gay on that one factor?

CENTERSTAGE, that guy in your avator could turn most straight boys a little gay. Is it you? or should i recognize it as someone famous?
