Ha ha Rath. Long live the Three Musketeers.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for adopting kids and I wish more couples would do it. But Angelina Jolie is one of the last people I wwant taking care of kids. She is, in my opinion, pretty...icky. In general. I mean, yes, I'm a complete tabloid whore, but what she did in breaking up Brad and Jennifer bothers me. She's just creepy in general and I can't stand her and Brad Pitt as a couple.
Now don't jump on me--I don't think Tomkat should be having kids either. I mean, I can only imagine what the world is going to be like in 18 years with all these psycho celebrities' children grown up and on the loose.
I can't wait to read Maddox's tell all when he comes of age.
Amazon should start pre-orders now!
No doubt some thirty-something actress is going to ruin her career 50 years from now by playing Angelina in a very campy biopic. Didn't she say something not too long ago about hating working late because she'd just come home screaming at Maddox?

Some people like big families.
It does remind me of Josephine Baker and how Princess Grace helped her out at the end. Two of Baker's adopted sons were recently photographed at the celebration they gave at Chez Josephine with a dinner for retired actors from the Actor's Home. It seems Josephine's adopted sons have turned out fine and generous like their mother.
It looks like B & A are trying to make a life for themselves and do something worthwhile. I don't think it's easy to live life as a celebrity. (I hope they stay together and succeed if they are bringing all these kids into the mix.)
Paul Newman seems to have done a good job living his.

justme - I had the same reaction to the 'race' comment - and was just reading through the thread before I asked about it, as well.
So, no, you are not alone.
I'd be curious as to what she intended by that comment.

"looking into finding the right race for a new baby to fit in well with Mad and Z"
Hmm.
Is this a designer color scheme?
Like matching drapes to furniture?
"Paul Newman seems to have done a good job living his."
It would never even enter my mind to compare these two to Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward.

Oh, Girly - I'm glad I'm not the only one!
We have an old movie magazine from the late fifties, and one of the screaming headlines on the cover is "Are Paul and Joanne in trouble?!?"
I just have to laugh every time I see it.

Paul Newman is someone that I give as a successful example, a celebrity who seems to have kept his life in good shape despite it all, not as a comparison.

I have not read this whole thread, but are they bringing children into a family or a villiage? Yes, they can provide these children with a house, etc. But, could they put their money to better use and open a center for adoption for families who have no children, but could provide a home rather than a nanny?

Actually, there are some similarities between the couples, Newman/Woodward and Pitt/Jolie. Both couples are big name stars, both met while doing a movie together, got involved, and the male half of both couples left his wife for the female half of both couples , both are very involved in philanthropic work, and both are very committed to children/family.

Hmmmm...so there is a pretty interesting comparison.
Frankly, I never saw anything interesting or attractive about Jennifer Aniston and can't imagine why Patrick Wilson dated her.

Well, I could be wrong. It was several years ago and I thought they had a date and a little publicity. Because I liked his work so much I wondered who she was, I'd never seen her before.

Nope. I still like his work. I just wish he was on stage doing musicals again.

I've always been impressed with the way he handles his public life - a very gracious and kind man, indeed.
And not too hard on the eyes, either

Zahara is gorgeous!
From the very first published pic of her, I thought she should be wearing a onesie that said "Future Supermodel."
Those eyes, supermodel now!
