I was just informed by my father that I had to take my sister to see the Jonas Brothers Movie tonight. Can you all say a prayer for me!? Thanks

I heart the Jonah Brothers but I read a review that in the 3D segment they pull out hoses and squirt sticky white goo all over the audience at the concert and in the 3D effect. Gross!
I hope the Jonah Brothers have a long career and nobody is cut tragically short like Keith Leger.
Timesquare...yes
AND HOLD IT..THIS MOVIE IS 3D?
lol..you're gonna be the only dude there.
I'll just keep repeating to myself "7 days till Blithe Spirit, 7 days till Blithe Spirit."

That'll mitigate the "I'm not just gay I'm SUPER GAY!" factor that goes with your attending the Jonah Brothers Movie.
I made it back alive. A few stories I must mention. My sister and I arrived an hour in advance, my father purchased the tickets on fandango, there was already a long line in the main lobby full of screaming pre-teen girls. There weren't even any parents, I was the oldest one in line, and the only boy I could see also. When the rope was dropped to let us walk to the theatre all the girls trampled over the workers and knocked over the ticket booth where they put the halves of the ripped tickets. When we got into the theatre there were girls already screaming and crying and the previews hadn't even begun.
My favorite part of the experience was when the brothers sang one song and a bunch of girls got up out of their seats to dance in front beneath the screen. As they were all dancing one girl tried to do the move that the jonas brothers do when they flip, and she fell and landed smack on her face. I pretty much lost it then.

My girls have not even mentioned this movie, maybe they are over the J. Brothers?

OMG Namo, I can't wait till the next production of "The Importance of Being Earnest"
And when I say EARNEST, I mean EARNEST like Mr. Wilde meant it to be. You know...kinda...sorta...pretty much...not-quite-straight-forward IYKWIM.
I pretended to be 'dragged' to High School Musical 3 when it came out, because my guy friend works at the ticket booth. I loved it-- probably more than my little sister did. When I came out, he said into the megaphone/intercom, "SO, HOW DID YOU ENJOY HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL, [my real name]?"
I told him I hated it. I don't think he fell for it, though, because I was wearing my High School Musical t-shirt the next day.

OMG did you tell that story on the student board?
I'll be honest, I have never been to any concert before in my life, so it was nice to see how a big concert is put on. I had never listened to their music before, but I did like the string section in their music, the lyrics are complete sh*t however.
Looks like the movie was number 2 at the BO. Couldn't beat the Tyler Perry phenomenon, and it only made a few more than SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE did--the latter went from fifth to third place after its sweep at the Oscars on Sunday.
HAHA! Jonas got beat out by a man in drag. I have to admit I did LOVE "Madea Goes to Jail".
Not only did they come in second, but they made well below already reduced forecasts (based on Friday's anemic opening numbers).

You can't f***ing stop Tyler Perry. The world is beginning to realize this. By 2016, Perry will be President and own every major movie studio and broadcast network. By 2020, all forms of human entertainment will be produced by Tyler Perry. By 2025, all our children will be named either "Madea", "Tyler", "Perry", or "Tylerperry". By 2029, all Earth's inhabitants will be clones of Tyler Perry.

One rubs elbows with such well-rounded and worldly folks on BWW. Such demographics must have real appeal to advertisers. That much coveted allowance-receiving tweens who occasionally have $25 to blow on a rush ticket must have them salivating.
I love Tyler Perry. I have 5 of his plays on DVD.
