Make sure you take the batteries out first. Nothing more embarrassing than a "massager" going off in a suitcase on an international flight.

It's a case from www.agent18.com.
They are a bit pricy, but they are the best iPod case around. It's a hard plastic case that covers the important spots.
The Apple Stores have carried them for other models in the past, but my local Apple Store didn't have it in stock for the 60GB Video yet.

I think that is the case I bought as well . . . now I have to check.
EDIT - I bouth the Speck Products iPod Video ToughSkin with Belt Clip Clear because of all of the travelling. You think I should go with the other?

I absolutely love this Agent18 cover. It's a nice hard plastic that snaps on very tight so I think it may give you a bit of drop resistance as well. I recommend it.
I also was given a really cool iPod travel case for my birthday from a friend.
It's from Radio Shack of all places but it's a really nice hard zip up case with a built in speaker. The speaker is suprisingly good quality and it's a really nice addition for travel. To top it off, it's only $17.99.
I'll try and remember to bring it tomorrow night so you can take a look at it.
