i would have a restraunt that specializes in burgers. ESPECIALLY "ranch burgers" flavored wtih ranch. yumm!

My restaurant would be called "The Harmonia Gardens" and would feature German/Austrian cuisine. Tutti frutti ice cream and lady fingers would ALWAYS be on the menu. Oliver Smith would design the interior, with a huge staircase surrounded by private dining booths. The clientele would wear formal attire and the waiters would not only be extrmely handsome, they would also provide the fastest service in town--or else!!!!

Well my favorite is asian and especially fish.
It would be asian fusion:
Japanese
Chinese
Korean
Thai
Vietnamese
And my homemade cheesecake that i never make anymore.

A Taste of Asia. It would also have a piano bar and there would be Karaoke every night after 10. Instead of a karaoke machine there would be a live piano player and we would serve all kinds of shiraz by the glass, sapporo, sake sangria.

I'd have a French/soul food place called "Chez What"

or a Mexican/soul food place called "Nacho Mama"

Or a Jewish/Japanese place called "So Su Mi" (so sue me!)

My sister and I were just joking about this recently after eating at a Mexican restaurant.

It would serve traditional comfort food of all ethnicities be called PAD which stands for pillow, afghan and dog. Because after a large meal, that's what I want to do, curl up with my dog on a pillow under an afghan.

There would have to be lots of couches to lay on and be located near an animal shelter so that there were plenty of pooches to go around (or cats -- we wouldn't descriminate ).
