Awww, I'm sorry, if it makes you feel better, I just found out that I didn't get cast in any of my Universities plays this semester, possibly being beaten out by some newcomers! Though, I am in a Musical for another theater, so not a total loss. Anyways, all things happen for a reason and I'm sure when we find out what that are we'll feel better about our current situations! Hopefully mine will be that I can audition for and get cast in Musicals in the DWF area that I might not have been able to do because I was going to rehersals for my Schools play.

Still, rejections suck, but writing about gets it out! So try it!

I'm sorry! Look on the brightside: at least your boyfriend didn't trash all your gay friends and make them scarred and hurt for life because he wanted to make sure you would break up with him.

Guys suck, which is why I like girls - not that they're much better - but I feel your pain. At least take some comfort in knowing you're not the only one who's going through it.

Thanks! You're really helping. But I got rejected in the worst way. This guy lead me on, so I told him (online) that I liked him. He only said "I don't know what to say," which pretty much means "I don't like you but I'm too scared to tell you." He's away, so I told him I'd rather be rejected than ignored. And he was a good friend on mine! At least I have chocolate milk and Sex in the City.

I dated a guy once who when I finally fessed up he said "I don't know what to say". He was literally speechless. Don't lose hope yet, but just remember that you are a brave and beautiful girl for having the guts to tell him how you feel and he should be groveling at your feet in awe of how amazing you are and how lucky he would be to date you. Good luck sweetie!
PS If he does turn out to be a jerk, at least when you get a guy who is worth your affection then he will be sitting there kicking himself.

LOL True, but this is not the thread for me to go on and on about the wonderful man that I married. Wait acctually it is. I got rejected in a very cruel fashion. Picture a huge campus party sponsored by the Greek system and some poor freshman girl being told off by some idiot boy infront of his whole fraternity and then him making out with another girl all night. I stuck around out of spite and pride then went home at about 3am and cried like a baby. After that I swore off relationships and said that I was going to become a nun or something because guys weren't worth the drama. Then my best friend who was away in the Army stopped by to visit on the way to his brother's wedding and next thing you know we are dating. Two years after that the picture in my av was taken. That sexy man next to me is who I found after that horrifying rejection. So have hope MFL!

And Tiff I wear that title with pride!

p.s. MFL- eat Lindt Chocolate Truffles..White Choco. kind. They're divine and will make you feel SO much better.promise!!!! And seriously though, there are so many stories I can tell, even at age 14, about being turned down like that..and seriously, I'm not very experience but someone better will come along..and this guy will be upset he let you go.

One thing I always to(and just did) is take a nice bubble bath and get all nice and clean and go to bed with a nice movie or something. It usually makes you feel better getting all clean, and you'll soon fall asleep, and the morning makes things better too.
It works for me sometime :)
