Taz, It's a ChiliCheese Burger that Carl's Jr. is pushing right now.
They have a commercial where a guy is eating one and his girlfriend tells him he has a little something on his face. When they show him, he's got the chili all over his face.
Then they show a closeup of the burger being dropped and the chili glopping out of it and onto the surface.
It looks like someone took a dup on the guys face.
I can't believe they thought the ad would make people who aren't into scat hungry.

LOL-yes! I swear in one of those pizza places where they have a whole long lineup of pizzas with toppings, I saw one with MAC & CHEESE on it!
Yeah, I've seen baked ziti pizza, too.

"I can't believe they thought the ad would make people who aren't into scat hungry. "
That almost makes up for your Obama nay-saying, Diva.
I can't see how the bacon could properly cook and let the fat render out if it's been battered...and what's nastier than under-cooked bacon? Besides that Carl's Jr. ad...

Someone here in LA was advertising a burger with the thickest slabs of bacon on it.
I could almost hear my arteries slamming shut.

Why I find interesting is that Food Chains are not just trying to get you to eat more fattening food and more of it, they are now trying to get you to eat MORE OFTEN- McDonald's snack wrap is so successful is that people are eating it as an additional meal. Taco Bell has been pitching "Fourth Meal" to boost after hour business. Wendy's sees their late night business as stronger than "dinner" or Breakfast.
The Snack wrap (Notice the name) is sold Not as part of a meal but something to eat after school, late at night- IN ADDITION to your regualr meals. And it's 330 calories and 15 grams of fat.

Posted: 2/28/08 at 9:22pmJane, I know what you're talking about. It's an ad for some pizza buffet place where the kid puts mac and cheese from the buffet on his pizza and the announcer says, "Why not?" or something. Disgusting!

Posted: 2/28/08 at 9:29pmIs that what it was? maybe. I just thought of something else disgusting. A few years ago, McDonalds was offering a breakfast item-I hope I get this right-it's a pancake and when you bite into it, out squishes bacon, cheese and maple syrup. Something like that. I actually tried one!!! I admit it. But it was no good and after two bites I threw it out.

The best Mac & Cheese was that served by the Automat
You can get real close to it with the Mac & Cheese served by the Brooklyn Diner
Comparing BK Mac & Cheese to real Mac & Cheese is like comparing one of their burgers to one you get at The Burger Joint in the Parker Meridien
